The Rhythm Riders – Concert Benefiting Veterans
February 22 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm$45.00
Popular Johnny Cash / Patsy Cline Tribute band The Rhythm Riders will play a benefit concert for Veterans. Fronted by vocalists Johnny and Dee Price, The Rhythm Riders take the audience back in time as they faithfully recreate the music of Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Merle Haggard and other Country greats.
Johnny and Dee have deep appreciation for the Veterans who sacrifice so much to protect our freedom. They have teamed up with the Rotary Club of Auburn to raise funds to help local Veterans organizations. Placer County is home to about 27,000 Veterans.
Veterans face many challenges, and local Veteran operated organizations cut through the red tape and help Veterans get the services they need and deserve. This presentation will raise funds to bring real relief to our Vets dealing with housing, substance, psychological issues and more.
The Rhythm Riders are known as one of the finest Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline tribute bands, playing for sold out crowds throughout California, Nevada and Arizona at venues such as Harrah’s in Reno, Thunder Valley Casino, and Silverado Country Club.
Johnny Price’s uncanny visual and vocal portrayal of the “Man in Black” captures Johnny Cash’s ability to deliver a story and a melody so well, that his audiences feel as though they have had a walk with the Man In Black himself.
Award-winning vocalist Dee Price masterfully recreates the legendary Country music artist Patsy Cline. Dee captures the unique style of one of America’s greatest female vocalists while The Rhythm Riders give attention to every detail, from the creative musical arrangements to the melodic harmonies.
There will be a Silent Auction with many desirable items, and delicious hors d’oeuvres.
Come out and have a great time, while helping local Veterans!
