I teach chemistry at Sierra College (left brain). But for fun, I enjoy painting. The process of looking intently at something I find beautiful, noticing light/shadow, appreciating form, mixing colors brings me such joy (right brain). I love my job, but painting is my therapy. And chickens….chickens are therapy, too!
