Born in Concord Ca. in 1959, moved to Lake Tahoe with his Mother and Brother in 1974. Being raised in in the High Sierra’s of California, gave Layne the perfect environment to draw from. And over a period of 15 years 1984 to 1999, creating the ‘Minds Eye’ art Collection, of Color pencil and Airbrush. Layne continues to Create and design pushing his talents into woodworking, and whatever else he sees where is skills can be of service.
