About:
Charlie moved to Auburn in 1986 from Singapore, after 25 years working and traveling in South East Asia. Has some experience with Chinese Brush Painting. However since moving to Placer County he has moved on to Watercolor. He has studied with several prominent local artists. He favors a bright palette and flowing lines. He is a member of Sacramento Fine Arts and Watercolor Artists of Sacramento Horizons and has exhibited his work there.
