About:

I’ve drawn almost as long as I could remember. Creating for me is more than drawing a cute animal or scene, it’s a way to brighten someone’s day, to lift them up. If you’ve ever received a card that made you smile or been mesmerized by a beautiful painting, you know the feeling.
Art gives hope, healing, and encouragment. Not only is that my goal, but I also aim to celebrate the good things in life and to take the viewer on an adventure.
The hard work is worth it when I see the smile on someone’s face the moment they see the pet portrait of their cat. Shy people light up when they see fanart I’ve created. And many people ask about the stories behind my paintings.
Art has the power to touch people, connect us, and bring light into our lives.
That’s why I create.

Currently, I create pet portraits with digital paint or with pencil, as well as paint commissions and sell prints of my original artwork. I’ve printed a short story, “Nixie and the Blue Eggs”, following a young girl as she learns to reconcile her father’s death. This story is a glimpse into a larger story that is currently in the works.
When I’m not creating, I love reading, watching creative shows, and hanging out with friends and family.
