Rebecca Martinez, President and Artistic Director
Ms. Martinez brings many years of visual design, both for print and web media, to the team’s expertise offering. She holds a degree in Art from Mills College. Martinez currently serves as Treasurer for the High Hand Gallery Board, an art co-op in Loomis, CA.
Past and current projects include Perspectives ArtsNews magazine, PerspectivesOnArts.org, NevadaCountyArts.org, SierraCulture.com, Zoomaru.com (…it’s what to do!), ColfaxArea.com and the Placer County Welcome Guide magazine. She is experienced in print design and production, web host management, design and refinement of both traditionally-built websites and WordPress-powered sites.
John Potter, Director BCSI
Mr. Potter specializes in system concept design, software engineering and project management for web based applications including technical support and training for customers. He holds a Certificate in Software Engineering, ECPI, Sacramento, CA and served in Computer Operations, USAF Systems Command. He has product marketing and management experience for Silicon Valley high tech firms including International Marketing Manager for Sony Electronic Publishing.
His most recent software engineering projects include the Zoomaru™ Collaborative Marketing Tools and the California state PDP-certified CitiWatch™ Online Solar Monitoring, Reporting and Energy Management System. He is also Past President of the Colfax Area Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Commissioner, City of Colfax.
