Membership FAQ's

  • How do I login to my account?

    • Go to members.placerarts.org
    • Or look for the black bar labelled MEMBER LOGIN at the bottom right-hand side of the screen
  • I'm getting an error message when I login. What do I do?

    • Make sure there are no spaces before AND after the text for your username and password.
    • If this isn't working, click on FORGOT PASSWORD to generate a new password.
  • How do I renew my membership?

    • Renewal notifications will be sent via email with a link to renew.
  • What is Member365?

    • Member365 serves as the platform for our membership database. Members can utilize this platform through their portal. In your portal you are able to view the Member Directory, submit events to the Event Calendar, upload images of your artwork, change your contact information, and renew your membership.
